Summer Driving Tips

Summer Driving TipsThere are a few things you can do to protect yourself while driving this summer.

  1. Keep an eye on the weather and be prepared for extreme weather conditions. The summer months can produce hail, flash floods, tornadoes and hurricanes.
  2. Check your vehicle fluid levels and tire pressure before traveling.
  3. If you can, travel at off times – earlier in the morning or later in the evening.
  4. Don’t let your gas tank get below ¼ full and fill up at cooler parts of the day.
